Settlers Inn offer a conference room suitable for up to 80 delegates. Our Deck Room offers a view out to our patio area as well as a view of the swimming pool.
We are able to cater to a Variety of conferences from small meetings to conferences held over several days.

Functions
Settlers Inn has two locations for functions. Our Deck Room will seat up to 80 guests in air-conditioned comfort. This room has a foyer area for welcoming your guests, fully stocked bar, portable dance floor and large floor space with plenty of natural light. This room looks out onto our balcony area with a view of the pool.
Our Small Room will seat up to 16 guests. The Small Room is perfect for casual functions, training, meetings, or for a casual night out where you require something a little more private. This room is perfect for an Engagement Dinner Proposal – This room can be set up to suit any of your requirements for that special evening.
Both areas attract a set up fee which can include linen, glassware, cutlery, decorations and staffing.

Weddings
Settlers Inn offers the perfect location for your wedding reception. We would be delighted to welcome you and assist in making your day very special for both you and your guests.
Our Deck Function Room is the perfect venue for your wedding reception. The room is fully air-conditioned and will comfortably seat up to 80 guests.
We provide white linen table cloths, coloured napkins, skirted bridal table, gift table and cake table, dance floor, all cutlery and glassware, lectern, microphone and full staffing requirements for your special day. Optional extras are endless.
